Service fees are agreed upon before the commencement of services. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement. Third-party costs (visa fees, courier charges, embassy fees) are payable directly by the client and are not included in our service fee.
Orvarilon Group provides professional guidance to maximise the chances of a successful application. We make no guarantee of visa approval, university admission, or scholarship award. Outcomes depend on official decisions by embassies, universities, and government bodies, which are beyond our control.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Documents and personal data are used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process your application (e.g., universities, embassies).
